Claire is a specially trained lay minister who serves the congregation as a liturgist and occasionally as a preacher. Claire has been a member of St. Andrew since 2006 and said that as a teenager she thought she might want to be a pastor, but was told she couldn't because she was a girl. Years later, she completed the lay training program and a long-delayed goal.
