Our “Mission of the Week” for May 11-14: the CRRC Food Pantry that serves the Canyon Lake area. We have missed a couple of our regular collections, and we know the need is great right now, with even some limitations on what the CRRC can get from the SA Area Food Bank. Here's what I am told they need most right now: all kinds of personal toiletry items--soaps, lotions, deodorants, toothpaste and toothbrushes, laundry detergent. Also dried (powdered) milk. And of course they will always take staples, non-perishables, etc. Bring donations to the church Monday-Thursday, May 11-14, between 9 and 4:30 and place them on the cart in the covered area just outside the main doors of the sanctuary.
