'It Takes a Village’ Exercise Classes 

When:  June 13th - August 9 (Excluding July 4-5 )
Thursday and Friday mornings at 8:00am - 9:00am. 

Where: St. Andrew Lutheran Church at the outdoor pavilion and basketball court 

What: -50 minute total-body workout to include strength (with weights), cardio, and core training, with an emphasis on functional movements and injury prevention. You’ll leave class feeling strong, educated about how to best move your body, and a part of a VILLAGE—no matter your stage of life.

-Children welcome to play at the playground during workout. No official childcare offered, but background-checked church volunteers may be present to assist at the covered infant area, big kid playground, and gaga pit!  The volunteers will provide snacks and love but no restroom/diaper changes.

-Class led by Stacy Murphy, PT, DPT, PRPC, a local mom of 3, specializing in keeping women as their best self, member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church 

Why: To host a safe place for families. Parents can exercise and get connected. 

Please bring your own water bottles!

SALC Volunteers welcome! 

-Come keep an eye on the kids (safegatherings background check required) and offer snacks.
