The Vision team is taking a look at data and trends, both internally within the church and also through the lens of our bigger community in Comal County and beyond.
They are identifying our key needs, perceptions, trends, and strengths by reveiwing annual reports, our ministry site profile, and input from our last two congregational exercises. They will also meet with the church council on April 12 and go through an exercise which focuses on issues that require attention, from short term to long term.
The team is also identifying the demographic trends, perception, and needs of the community at large. We will study how our area is changing, our unique, diverse, and geographically large community, and how we fit in it.
After idenitifying these trends and data, the last movement will be to bring together all the clues idendified in our identity, contexts, and community, and prayerfully bring them together in light of St. Andrew's mission and purpose to identify a vision for our future.
