The Country Bazaar will be open in the Youth Activity Center, continuing more than 25 years of Bazaar tradition. Bring family and friends to browse our shops:
- THE COUNTRY STORE includes a variety of hand-made items that have been embroidered, knitted, crocheted or hand-sewn; crafted fall and holiday decorations; and canned goods to name a few
- LINENS & COLLECTIBLES features antiques, quilts, tablecloths, crystal, books, and more
- JUST KIDDING exclusively offers nearly new children clothing in infant to youth sizes
- TOO GOOD TO BE THREW has gently used jewelry, small appliances, wall décor, tableware and other items
- SECOND TIME AROUND offers a variety of household items, furniture, golf clubs, fishing gear, lamps, tools, building supplies and so on
- THE BAKERY features delicious cakes, pies, breads and cookies

St. Andrew grounds will be bustling with live entertainment and Fall Festival activity:
- COUNTRY HAY RIDE meandering through the wooded grounds and meadows
- GAMES such as a Jump Castle, Tire Football Throw, Frisbee Fun, Fish Pond, Lucky Duck Game, Dinosaur Dig, Lollipop Tree, and Ghost Bean Bag Toss
- CAKE WALK operated by the St. Andrew confirmation classes
- CONTESTS with prizes, including Hula Hoop Contest, Balloon Toss, Sack Race, and Pastor’s Pie-Eating Challenge
-FACE PAINTING, KIDS CRAFTING, and PHOTO OP area
- RAFFLE DRAWING for prizes -- an iPad Mini 4, two night cabin stay on Lake LBJ, FitBit Blaze Smart Fitness Watch, 18-hole golf outing for two at Vaalor Creek Golf Club, Painting with a Twist package with two painting sessions and a beautiful painting, and a Dining Package to Gennaro’s Trattoria and The Reel Seafood House
- CONCESSIONS– Delicious Breakfast Tacos, as well as lunch fare with BBQ brisket, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Loaded Baked Potatoes, Sausage Wrap, Roasted Corn, beverages and other refreshments , prepared by Bourgeois Smoke House Bar-B-Q. Also, delicious Kettle Corn will be popping all day!

Proceeds Benefit many of our programs at St. Andrew of Canyon Lake, such as
- Scholarships
- Mission Work
- Family Promise for the homeless
- New Life Children's Center
- CRCC

HOW TO HELP

As the excitement builds, so does the need for help. There are many ways to lend a hand... here are 9 of them:

1. ASSIST with Raffle ticket sales.
2. HELP with a shift at the Fall Festival & Country Bazaar
3. HELP the Youth and Education group by working a shift at the HAY RIDE
LEND an item, such as a pop-up tent/canopy and patio umbrella for shade, footballs for a Tire Football Throw, a folding/portable
4. picnic table, tractor and trailer for the Hay Ride. Check the list in the Fellowship Hall.
5. SPONSOR a game prize, Magic Show, or Jump Castle, $10 and up. Check the list in the Fellowship Hall, or call the church office.
6. BRING a home-baked item (cookies, brownies, cake, pie...) or canned goods such as jam, pickles or salsa to the Country Bazaar
7. DONATE gently used items for the popular "Second Time Around"
8. PUBLICIZE our church event by posting a flyer at work, visiting with a neighbor, or sending an invitation to your Facebook friends
9. MARK your calendar to come October 7, and bring your friends and family!
